Brain Health is a private, single-user personal system. It is built and run by one individual, on that individual's own computer, for their own use. It is not offered, sold, licensed or made available to anyone else. There are no accounts, no sign-up and no customers. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or run on behalf of any company or organisation.
These terms exist because Google requires a production OAuth application to publish them. They describe the relationship between the software and its one user, who is also its operator.
Brain Health is not a medical device, a medical service or a source of medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It describes measurements and compares them with the user's own recent history, and nothing it produces should be treated as a clinical finding.
Anything an AI produces from this data is an interpretation, not an established fact about the user's body. For any health concern, consult a qualified clinician.
The measurements come from consumer devices and from Google Health, and they are only as accurate as those sources. Readings can be missing, delayed or later revised. Brain Health reports missing data as missing and never fills a gap with a guess, but it cannot make an inaccurate source accurate.
Brain Health accesses the operator's own Google Health data with the operator's explicit authorization and read-only permission. How that data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time from the operator's Google Account settings.
The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It is a personal project maintained by its single user, who accepts that it may contain errors, may be unavailable, and may stop working.
These terms may be updated if what the software does changes. The effective date above reflects the current version.
